Information you choose to provide
When you submit a contact or intake form, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, service interests, project details and any other information you include. This information is used to respond to your request, evaluate fit, prepare for a conversation and maintain a record of the inquiry.
Attribution and technical information
The lead system may store the page and form used to submit a request, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when present. Basic server logs may include device, browser and network information. Security controls use a one-way hash derived from an IP address to limit abusive form submissions; the Command Center does not store the raw address in its lead record.
Submitting an inquiry triggers a transactional acknowledgement and may trigger a notification to Derek. You are not added to a general marketing list solely because you requested a response. If a separate newsletter or marketing subscription is introduced, it should use its own clear consent.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to host the website, deliver email, measure site use, prevent abuse or schedule conversations. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. This policy should be updated with the actual providers selected before paid traffic begins.
Retention and access
Lead records are retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding, operating the business, maintaining records and meeting legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email mr@mronlinemarketing.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health information or other highly sensitive data through general inquiry forms.
